EBD Steel Doors is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards we are known for, ensuring our products meet strict quality and compliance requirements.
QC Technician
Job Introduction
To ensure production standards are met and maintained for products before they leave site. Perform inspections on random samples in production, identify defects in the manufacturing process, record and report them.
The role reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Role Responsibility
- Inspecting and releasing final products.
- Inspecting incoming raw materials.
- Complying with all standards, internal policies and legal regulations that apply to the finished product.
- Working to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Carrying out in-process quality inspections and audits.
- Identifying and reporting non-conformities.
Job Type
Factory based, 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday.
Day Shift pattern (06:00am – 16:00pm).
Starting hourly rate £12.15 raising after 6 probationary period.
