We are looking for a hands-on Site Services Engineer to carry out steel door installations, maintenance, and technical support for our projects. You’ll visit customer sites, home and abroad, complete remedial work, conduct surveys, and ensure all tasks meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:
• Carry out site visits, surveys, and remedial works.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and complete risk assessments.
• Provide technical support to production and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve technical issues on-site.
About you:
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Health & safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant technical/engineering qualification or proven experience.
• IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
